About Dr. Hiller
Dr. Hiller is dedicated to his patients and the community. A former President of the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association, he was the youngest president elected, and, in 2002, was awarded by his peers "Chiropractor of the Year". The prestigious award is bestowed upon those who serve the profession and patients with the utmost ethical, professional, and clinical standards.

In addition to his private practice, Dr. HilIer provides consulting and forensic auditing services to payers; in addition to fraud case building; training for claim adjusters for URO, peer, and IME protocols; and medical case file reviews/certificates of merit, as well as deposition and trial prep for attorneys. Utilizing his extensive legislative, regulatory, and professional experience, he educates and identifies industry standards compliance measures, and healthcare fraud/abuse in the chiropractic and physical medicine sectors. He is an expert in forensic auditing/fraud/regulatory analysis, medico-legal consulting, and special investigations support for large payers. He has extensive experience in providing Continuing Medical Education (CME) in the arena of clinical practice; standards of care; advanced diagnostic testing; worker’s compensation ACT 44/57; ACT VI; and case management algorithms in the chiropractic and physical medicine sectors. He has been privileged to lecture for the Pennsylvania Insurance Fraud Prevention Authority (IFPA) and the Delaware Valley and Pittsburgh Chapters of the International Association of Special Investigation Units (IASIU). Dr. Hiller is also the past chairman of the PCA Peer Review Committee and Insurance Relations Committee for the PCA and is also a certified clinical peer reviewer (CCPR). Dr. Hiller majored in premedicine at Penn State main campus and attended the prestigious New York Chiropractic College. Dr. Hiller is married and his wife, Susan, is the practice manager, revenue cycle manager, and patient liaison. She is also a certified revenue cycle representative (CRCR) through HFMA.
